eBay gives global reach across a broad and varied customer base. Products on eBay are positioned for that marketplace and its customers, rather than copied across from another channel.
Selling on more than one marketplace is deliberate: LoopWay doesn't build around one marketplace. Different platforms create different opportunities, and LoopWay builds commerce systems that can move where the customer is.

What LoopWay sells on eBay
- Private-label products
- Developed by LoopWay and sold under its own brands, each positioned as a long-term brand rather than a one-off listing. More on private label.
- Branded products bought wholesale
- Products from other brands, bought in bulk from the brands and their distributors and resold through LoopWay's eBay seller account. More on wholesale.

Buying from LoopWay on eBay
- The seller
- You buy from LoopWay as the seller, through eBay, under eBay's own conditions of use and buyer policies.
- The listing
- The price, product details and delivery options are those shown on the listing at the time you order.
- Payment
- eBay takes and processes the payment. LoopWay never receives your card or bank details.
- Returns and refunds
- Returns, refunds and buyer-protection claims go through eBay's own process — start them from your eBay order. Nothing in LoopWay's terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

How orders are fulfilled
eBay orders move through the same fulfilment line as every LoopWay order — listing, order, packing, labelling, courier pick-up and delivery — with shipment and tracking confirmed to eBay. How LoopWay operates describes each step.

eBay user data
LoopWay accesses eBay data through eBay's developer APIs only to operate its own seller account, in line with the eBay API License Agreement and eBay's developer policies.
- User information is used only to list products, fulfil and support orders, and meet legal obligations.
- It is never sold, and is shared only as the Privacy Policy describes.
- LoopWay receives eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion and Closure notifications, and deletes the personal information it holds about a user when eBay reports that they have closed their account or asked for deletion — except where a law requires it to be kept.
- It is protected with the same encryption, access control and incident response as Amazon information, and eBay is notified promptly of any security incident affecting it.

eBay is an independent company. LoopWay is a seller on its marketplace and uses its published developer APIs only to manage LoopWay's own seller account. LoopWay is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by eBay.

Does LoopWay sell on eBay?
Yes. LoopWay sells on eBay through its own seller account, reaching eBay's broad and global customer base with both private-label and wholesale products. Orders, payment and returns are handled through eBay.
What happens to my data if I close my eBay account?
LoopWay receives eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion and Closure notifications. When eBay reports that a user has closed their account or asked for their data to be deleted, LoopWay deletes the personal information it holds about that user, except where a law requires it to be kept.
