What is LoopWay?
LoopWay is a commerce company that builds and operates its own e-commerce businesses on Amazon and eBay. It sells two kinds of products: private-label products it develops under its own brands, and branded products it buys wholesale and resells. LoopWay is the operator, not an agency: it runs the selling and fulfilment itself.
How does LoopWay choose and improve its products?
LoopWay works in a loop: research, product, brand, distribution, customer and data. It looks for products with real customer demand and room for improvement, then uses what each delivery teaches — returns, reviews and sales performance — to improve the product, the offer and the next listing.
Is LoopWay part of Amazon or eBay?
No. LoopWay is an independent seller on Amazon and eBay. It is not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either marketplace, and uses their published developer APIs only to manage its own seller accounts.

Buying, orders and returns
Where can I buy LoopWay products?
LoopWay products are sold on Amazon and eBay, through LoopWay's own seller accounts. They are not sold through the LoopWay website. Payment, returns and refunds are handled through the marketplace you buy on.
How do I return a product I bought from LoopWay?
Start the return from your order on the marketplace you bought on — Amazon or eBay. Returns, refunds and buyer-protection claims for LoopWay orders are handled through that marketplace's own process, and nothing in LoopWay's terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
How do I ask LoopWay about my order?
Message LoopWay through the order page on Amazon or eBay; that keeps your order details attached to the conversation. You can also email contact@loopwayllc.com.

Private label
What does private label mean at LoopWay?
Private label means LoopWay develops its own products and sells them under its own brands. Each product is positioned as a long-term brand instead of a one-off listing, built to stand out clearly rather than compete purely on price. It is the other half of LoopWay's business alongside wholesale, where it resells other brands' products.

Wholesale
What does wholesale mean at LoopWay?
Wholesale at LoopWay means buying branded products in bulk from brands and their distributors, then reselling them to customers on Amazon and eBay through LoopWay's own seller accounts. The brands own their products' names and trademarks; LoopWay is the seller.
Does LoopWay sell wholesale to other businesses?
No. LoopWay's wholesale business is buying: it sources branded products in bulk to resell to customers on Amazon and eBay. LoopWay does not supply products in bulk to retailers or other businesses.
Can a brand or distributor work with LoopWay?
Yes. Brands and distributors who would like LoopWay to buy and resell their products on Amazon and eBay can email contact@loopwayllc.com with details of the products and their terms.

Amazon
Does LoopWay sell on Amazon?
Yes. LoopWay sells on Amazon through its own seller account — both its private-label products and branded products it buys wholesale. Orders are placed and paid for on Amazon, and returns go through Amazon's process.
How long does LoopWay keep Amazon customer data?
LoopWay deletes Amazon customers' personal information no later than 30 days after the order is delivered, unless a law requires it to be kept longer — and then only what that law requires, for that purpose.

eBay
Does LoopWay sell on eBay?
Yes. LoopWay sells on eBay through its own seller account, reaching eBay's broad and global customer base with both private-label and wholesale products. Orders, payment and returns are handled through eBay.
What happens to my data if I close my eBay account?
LoopWay receives eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion and Closure notifications. When eBay reports that a user has closed their account or asked for their data to be deleted, LoopWay deletes the personal information it holds about that user, except where a law requires it to be kept.

Customer data and privacy
What does LoopWay do with customer data?
LoopWay uses order information only to fulfil orders, provide customer service and meet legal obligations. It never sells personal information or uses marketplace customer information for marketing, and deletes Amazon customers' personal information no later than 30 days after delivery unless the law requires longer.
Does LoopWay see my payment details?
No. LoopWay never receives your payment card or bank details. Payments for LoopWay orders are taken and processed by Amazon or eBay.
